"Last week Paul sent up one of your teams to modify my corian for a farm sink, this team was Mike Steuwe and Keith Loveland. The best word I can use to describe there work overall is WOW!!!!.First off your team presented themselves with the utmost professional stature that is possible, including there mannerism and ability to communicate with me the customer. Their workmanship followed this high bar. They faced a few challenges and would have had to return another day if it wouldn't have been for their foresight and brought extra material. Super KUDOS!!! Christine, Sharon and Chastity are the 3 I work with most often, and they all make my job MUCH simpler.Recently, I had the opportunity to purchase some Granite for my own house and as a result became much more familiar with others at your company. Jim, who did the template, was extremely professional and quite informative. I had never actually gone through the whole process before, and he was helpful in answering some questions I had both as a consumer and a salesperson, as well as letting me know what the standard questions are that he would go through with regular customers. Your 2 installers, sorry I don't remember their names, did excellent work, and passed on some information that will be helpful when dealing with future customers. That particular day I wasn't able to stay, and basically told them to call when they were almost done, and my wife would meet them before they left just to check things over. As I expected, my wife called to let me know they did a beautiful job. My counter looks fantastic, and I can say I am very impressed with the way they did their job, and treated my wife, myself and my property. So, in a time when no one takes the time to say thank-you, but everyone has a week to complain, I thought I would take the time to thank you and your staff.
